d1 tracking calories, stuffed myself to my maximum at every meal just to set a baseline of what i'm currently capable of, i feel enormous already but im so excited to see how far i can take it 😈 includes screenshots of my food logged on myfitnesspal, the app i used to use to track calories to lose weight, and a lil burp i caught on camera :)
