now that i'm nearly fully moved into my new place, obligation free, and pretty much at my highest weight, id like to do some sort of gaining challenge for the month of november to see how far i can push myself😈🥵 any idea for how i should set it up? calorie goals? wg shakes? for every $x amount of tip i consume x amount of food????
