Why am I so Fit ? To have a sexy waist ⏳, you need to eat healthy & sport 2-3 times per week. • To be honest, I do not care about: chips, chocolate, cookies and candy, so I only eat that “1 time per month”. I drink only water all day. I eat 2 times per day bread with a slice of meat. When I am not hungry in the morning I will take a fruit/vegetable-smoothie instead. • And for diner I eat: mostly chicken/cow, vegetables and patatoes. (No sauce) Be careful for eating sugars & carbs. I don’t drink alcohol either. If you want to loose weight: skip dessert!
