I started really hitting the gym over the new Year again and I'm gaining quite a bit of muscle again. Those of you who don't know already. I've always my whole life been an athlete in some form. I competed in bodybuilding for a couple years while I ran a gym and did personal training for my clients, as well. I've played every sport when I was growing up. As an adult I even ran around all over the south racing road and mountain bikes for many years too. I did this while raising 6 kids and that was the hardest part for me. But... I'm worried I'm just looking over weight in photos now. So I kinda just wanted you to know why I'm changing over time. I'm curious how many of you started getting in shape over the new year. I would love to hear your success stories and it encourages other people who are looking up to you for inspiration. I'm doing a poll just for fun and encourage interactions on my page.
