I use to take Muay Thai and this is a warm up/work out that I would do for each session, I would also do it at home in My spare time to keep fit, I was much skinnier then but I was all toned muscle at least. It was a whole lot of fun and I kind of miss it but My hand was fucked up from an unrelated incident and I had to stop unfortunately.
