saving one of my favorites for last Happy Sunday. On Sundays I really like to take care of myself. I play my favorite music while I clean up. I also make time to update my planner for the following week, making sure it can have balance, so I can be my best for everyone, including myself. Later in the evenings, I bathe, exfoliate, and moisturize my skin, light candles or put on my diffuser, as I settle in for the night. Not all Sundays are like this ofc, Sometimes (like last week, I was running around on empty and crashed with glitter on my face on the couch) but when the day is free this is how I spend it. If I know I can't achieve that, I break these things up throughout the week. But I lovee my Sunday rituals
