Some Monday Motivation.. I am kicking off the week with early morning cardio, 45 min. Followed by a home made high protein carrot cake that is sugar free, fat free, lactose-gluten free. I am trying out different recipes making healthy meals and snacks that are not boring or without taste but do keep me in a nice shape and ofcourse grow along the way. Life is about balance, and i have my mind on keeping healthy, glowing skin and hair, good gut health and overall healthy brain cells. M
