Shape update! Today in Athens talk with coach. Yesterday I had the travel from hell, missing flight due to crazy traffic/road block I had to book another flight, go to other airport etc etc. But I had to be here for my coach and fly out to Portugal competition. But….. my coach decided to pull me out from the show. We are working hard and making tremendous progress in shape/ fullness and density… just my quads now are giving counter reaction. Possibly because of the previous fat burners protocol that we stopped. And this is only good as it’s more healthy!!! Yes I train 6 days weightlifting a week 6 days cardio of 1 hour to 90 min. Diet about 50 grams of carbs a day on off days zero carbs. More protein and healthy fats in my food. Plan now, we continue another month and check again If stay the same, we will experiment with something very little. I told him have a feeling is this ####*** , so we will try after the next month if nothing changes. He is learning my body, but I am already extremely happy with how I look and to be honest.. I like fuller and more density. It suits me better. But.. I got my flights for Portugal 🇵🇹 and will go to check the Pro show and relax a few days, like my coach said; my body could be also tired and needs some time to adjust.
