A little selfie film from my last gym session on Thursday. Because Easter here the gym closed for 4 days!! Doing special therapy to heal my neck/ shoulder or at least stop the pains I feel through my arm and that I am able to lift at least a package of rice in the kitchen 😂. The therapy is working so far and this day i was able to do some things for my chest and shoulders. Although shoulders i failed, no real strength and don’t want to force and make things worse again. Motivation is there but ofcourse it requires positive thinking and to push myself through these days/weeks/months . This is my shape now I am around 92 kilogram More feminine look.
