From today gym session, trained chest only on machines as machines assist you in your lifts. Not able to lift dumbbell or bar/ bench press but making progress 😜. So my pains have started slowly over the last 3 years and actually peaked around January… so we are making progress now in month 5 … still not free from pain or able to workout shoulders but slowly … plus getting my head in the right place also. Athlete and injury …will whoop your ass, I can tell you that but mindset of a champion… light at end of the tunnel and keep going.
