Mallorca December 2021. I absolutely love countries that have a warm climate especially during the winter months. Truth: I have difficulties in cold climate, especially the lack of natural light is very difficult for me, also fact we all need vitamin D ... so sunlicht. I also wake up with natural licht, meaning i do not close the blinds of my bedroom window completely. This way when the sun rises you can slowly wake up with nature. Healthy lifestyle!!
