Glutes or in other words ass.. I was training my glutes about 3 times per week, hamstrings 2 x per week. I took a break from mostly all things during the last month, around christmas and the first 2 weeks of January. From next week the training will increase again, lets just say my " holidays are over ". Looking forward to the changes i am planning for my physique, i will not lie; it is going to be a new experience and big challenge.
