This morning in training i managed a new PR (personal record) after long time, swipe to 2nd video.. 1 st rep not so nice 2nd rep better. I was not feeling all that energetic, but still managed to make the workout count... We all have days that we feel a bit off. The key is to understand yourself, so i put in the work and the second half of the training i cut myself some slack. But still had a good feeling overall. Sometimes we just need to see the bigger picture. Unfortunately after training ended up in bed with migraine.. 😣.. so there was definitely a reason for not feeling as energetic . Miss Maria
