The weather is really nice these few days, the gym is still closed but at least it's getting warmer and i can show off what i have been working on throughout the winter. This is the 2nd exercise and 8th set, only 100 kilo for reps on this bench press machine. I am wearing a sling shot, trying to get used to this. When the gyms will open and i have a training partner back i will start to improve on my normal bench to eventually maybe enter a bench press contest. Last week I did a 150 kilo on this machine for 6 reps.. and yes I do have that footage 😜..
