.. Going into the weekend like... just over 2 weeks ago, 265 lbs deadlift sumo style. Then another attempt at 286 lbs. Both good, I am in constant training to get stronger and ofcourse with that build more mass. But this week i tried the hexa bar deadlift with a whooping 330 lbs! and succeeded. It's amazing to know i am taking big steps up in strength! The results in a few weeks will be amazing, i keep pushing my limits but with a clear mind, 1000% focus.
