Monday starts another new week. This is me in the morning before my morning walk. I would like to give you all a tip, do a 30 min walk in the morning as some exercise. I use the mountains here in the area where i live, beats cardio gym any day! On other days i have been doing 20/25 min of skipping rope, this is very intense cardio and just with 20 min a day 3x a week you will up your fitness level! Stay healthy ! Miss Monrow
