This is my shape update this morning for my coach. Every Sunday morning is shape check and discussing everything with my coach. We are peeling away all the fat and will start adding more muscle... that is when the gyms open June 15th!!! So this is 3 months no gym! Only home training and restricted foods. This is for all of you who are curious about my competition plans and how my physique will develop the next couple of months, i cant wait!!!! Xoxo Miss Monrow
