Lets have you get those balls swollen this Monday.. I want you to find a rubber band, rope, shoelace and tie up your balls so they are together. Take those pathetic balls and give them a hard surface- coffee table, counter, ottoman etc. Punch those balls 5 times at 100% effort followed by 5 times with something heavy- Mallet, wine bottle, jar.
