Staying Healthy Sundays! Just sharing here a couple days of my eating this past week and how my coach sets up my MACROS (protein, carbs & fat) by percentages. I don’t sweat calories or other sub-nutrient facts as much as sticking with my allowed foods within Hashimoto’s autoimmune protocol + the percentages of carbs, protein & fat I’m aiming for. Most people need more protein in their diet and are either eating too many carbs or fats in comparison to their protein amount. So boost your body with some good protein this week! 💪🏽
