Let’s talk make up! I’ll keep it short , I don’t think there will be too much interest 😂 I used to wear make up all the time in high school. I started sneaking my moms make up to school to put it on around 7th grade. I’d sneakily wash it away in the bathroom before going home as if my mom couldn’t see the leftover mascara. Fast forward to my senior year of high school, I got very into psychedelics and very against conforming to the decisions made through coercion and fear of society. I was so upset at the brainwashing done by advertisements that I stopped wearing make up for a month after never having gone to school without it. That month will forever have changed my life. I started to see my own beauty, without make up. I would still wear it occasionally but now it wasn’t a need driven by insecurity, rather a desire driven by interest. That interest surged again and I got super into make up as a hobby in my early 20s. I put myself in a lot of debt exploring said hobby but I learned a lot and had fun 😂 Now I almost never wear make up except for special occasions and shoots, but I still love doing it! I also love my natural face more than I ever have before, but make up can be so fun and such a nice addition. Especially when it’s all messed up at the end of the night 😈 What do you think?
