today I finally feel better, last night was horrible but then my fever broke around 4 am and I felt fine. Our buyer for the apt was rejected (personal issue with the board) so I have decided not to pursue another buyer but focus on paying it off and then put a renter in. So for the next week I am just tying up some loose ends here preparing for the new year and new shoots/content.
