I can not really say just how grateful I am to be able to share work like this with you. I know it isn't your "typical" that you expect here but it is a part of me and I hope some of you find some joy in it. This footage was taken during mine and Sole Collectors first trip back to New York since Covid exploded. It was a risky trip, even in July, months after the death tolls finally dropped from terrifyingly high numbers. We missed the city where we caught our travel bug. The city we fell in love with and can never wait to get back to. We shot this on a very eerie overcast morning with barely a soul out in the city. we walked or ran the whole way from our Aloft hotel in Brooklyn to DUMBO park. It was exhilarating and freeing. The times were so uncertain yet I felt safe, happy and sure. Sure that what I was doing in that moment was not only right, but needed. I share this with you during another time of uncertainty for me as my role in the fetish community continues to evolve and my home life is seeing some drastic changes.
