I will send the completed video as a paid message – The price of the paid message will be your balance owing. Questions: How did you decide your price? —I have carefully decided my pricing structure based on many factors, such as preparation and clean up, time spent filming, and the fact that it is emotionally and physically taxing to create high-quality, personalized content. Remember that this type of content is exclusive and made especially for you. I will always do my best to provide a quality product! Please be respectful and do not attempt to negotiate for a lower price. How long will it take for my video to be ready? —As this is a test run, it really depends on demand! My goal for video turnaround is 1-2 weeks from payment of your deposit, but I may get it to you much sooner. What if I'm not happy with the video? —I am hoping that this won't be a problem! However, if there is a reasonable complaint or quality issue I will remedy with an appropriate replacement video. In my past experience, I have never had an unhappy reaction to any custom content. I will always do my best to create something you'll love! No refunds will be given on any portion of a custom purchase. What type of custom content can I request? —I am open to creating most content that is similar to what I usually post, but I am open-minded and I love to hear your ideas, even if it's something I haven't made before. I am happy to make things personalized, such as using your name or nickname, or using requested phrases (as long as it's nothing offensive). Please be aware of the extra fee for certain add ons. I will not be offering any content that does not abide by OF's terms of use. Do I get to keep my custom video forever? —Since I will be sending the video as a paid message, you will be able to access it in your own OF account whenever you like, even if you decide to unsubscribe from my account (but I'd love it if you stayed ❤️).
