I have been trying to think of what to post here to update you all but everything feels like oversharing so just gonna try to keep it brief. I have been struggling with my mental health for a very long time and during May all of it just kinda got exacerbated by one of my partners getting briefly hospitalized and a few other less dramatic things. My anxiety is currently the worst it has ever been. A few nights ago I want to the ER because I was having such a bad panic attack that I thought I was having a heart attack. I knew it was probably just the anxiety but I couldn't calm down. All of my test results came up fine. I'm actually in good health considering how fat I am. But I am still feeling incredibly anxious about my health and just in general feeling unwell mentally. I have a follow up with a cardiologist for good measure and am also hopefully finally going to see a mental health professional. I don't know when photosets will resume. I will schedule some videos to post here in the next few days. I appreciate all of you for being here, specially those who keep rebill on and enjoy my old content. I could certainly use some tips and extra support this month as I try to take control of my life. 💗
