I’ve made it back into the gym twice this week. Unfortunately, hard workouts trigger my migraines and it had discouraged me completely for a couple of weeks! Last night I was literally miserable in bed with a migraine, but I listened to my body and was gentle with myself. I took a hot shower and rested and hydrated. I feel awesome today and plan on getting my third workout in, on my way to my goal of four days a week. Who’s with me? DM me for nude gym results :)
