After our yummy pub grub, our bored bartender friend wrangled us in from the wandering the street to have us try his newest recipe; he wanted to showcase his fancy blueberry-dragonfruit infused ice cubes, so he kept it clear. He paired blueberry vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and garnished with mint. It was fruity and floral and refreshing! And sooo pretty! (Y'all know how much of a sucker I am for presentation 😻) He hadn't named it yet, but I suggested "Hot Girl Lemonade" 🤷🏼😹
