I know this doesn't look so pretty, but it tasted AMAZING, so I had to share it with y'all! I'd never had "toad in a hole" before about 2 months ago when @leftyohh made me a late night snack. I love fried eggs, and he made it in my favorite sliced sourdough, so even better! Well, I had a craving for it on my way home from the pool hall last night, but my neighborhood grocery only had garlic sourdough. I didn't want to go to another store, so I gave it a go.
