So I had no idea one could literally overdose on Sourdough bread. This past Saturday I ordered a loaf and have been eating it everyday. Yesterday I had this weird headache and did not think much of it. Today I ate it again and washed it down with some Kombucha, the headache is back but also these weird allergic sensations. I google it and yes! You can eat too much of it and because of the microbes from the fermentation the histamines in your body go a bit berserk. Not to mention I topped it off with some fermented Kombucha. I feel like shit right now lol.
