Hit my 25mi walking/hiking goal last week! Rounding out August around 60-70 miles. My initial goal was 100 miles, but I had to take almost two weeks off due to that thigh chafing. Should be able to blow that 100mi goal out of the water in September 😎 I think I want to start running this month and I found a few 5ks in October to look forward to!! 🏃♀️ part 1
