dear OF diary: my sleep schedule is backwards now because i like the gym at midnight when no one is in there because i have no actual clue what i am doing and i know i’m doing it wrong !! BUT i feel like i’m making some progress in strength and form and overall comfortability:) it’s hard to tell if any physical gainz are happening though bc i’ve been blessed with a fat ass already 😭 i have gained some weight !! and maintained it even through my shitty eating habits, which i’m very happy about. i was pretty underweight this time last year ! nothing about my diet has changed really except for adding more protein when i remember and trying to cut out fast food, (i was eating mcdonald’s every night for like a week straight a couple months ago 🧎🏻♀️) (it was fucking awesome.) (i still have fast food like once a week tbh) (also i have a starbucks venti caramel macchiato addiction but i’ll unpack that later) i’ve had a fuckin cold for a while now but i think i’m at the end stretch!!! the last couple of nights i would get in bed around 1am and be unable to fall asleep until my eyes couldn’t stay open anymore around 5-6am i kept having coughing fits every time i laid down and even considered the hospital for a second last night LMFAOOO going ham on the treadmill was NOT a good idea just because i thought i was feeling better tldr: i skipped the treadmill today. actually that’s a lie, but i only did cardio for 7 mins, just enough to get the pump pumpin ALSO i cleaned my fuckin room finally, like deep cleaned that shit. wiped the floor boards, cleaned up spilled paint thinner (💀💀 breh), unpacked my suitcases from vegas, and put a bunch of clutter “away” (in boxes, hiding out of sight juuuust enough that i’ll forget i already have that thing and end up buying a second one i don’t need) anyway i’m starving so i’m gonna eat this chicken tikka masala and hopefully fall asleep within the next hour :) goodnight xoxo ess Read more
