Sorry I haven't been posting! I've been taking a break because tbh I'm pretty burnt out creatively. I'm feeling a little better but still exhausted. I might take a few months before I'm back to normal, according to what articles online say. :( I've probably been like this since I was a teenager. Everything I did took priority over my health and I never gave myself breaks, until I stopped being able to keep up. Even if I wasn't doing anything physically my mind was still going a thousand miles a minute. Everything I tried to do became more and more inefficient. Even though I wanted to do more and grow, it feels like more and more effort to put out less and less. I think the lockdown made things a lot worse with less positive social interaction and the dip in the economy, but with less distractions it was a bit easier to see what was happening to me. I really need time to reset myself and restructure my mindset and approach to working, otherwise I"ll never be able to do things at the level I want to.
