Y’all wanted more backbending so here it is! 😊 The reason I post more frontbending is because 1) In my experience people find it more sexy usually and 2) Backbending truly takes a lot more effort! I warm up and do easier stretches for a long time before I do cheststands. I can put my feet behind my head with no warmup at all if I want! Usually I have days where I just train backbending and it’s easiest to do that at the gym. Since everything is closed now I’m doing my training at home! If everyone seems to like the backbending I’ll make a point to do it more often here where I can make it sexy 😊❤️ Videos with Lilith coming very soon!
