About food: 3 -4 years ago, I started using an app from Under Armour (Fitness Pal) for 1 year to better learn about my calories intake. With it, I became very aware that a bit too much food is always way too much. I ate the same breakfast for the last 3 years which consist in a pancake of oatmeal with egg whites plus some fruits, without any toppings. This give me the ability to function all morning without ingesting too much calories. About exercise: I do not train in Gyms anymore, I started to phase it out gym a year ago. just a bit before covid-19 began. I decided for my health and Martina's health that I will probably not return until more years if I ever do. So, I train with my own weight since then, I am using an application, the name is: Home Workout. This one is all about making compelling workouts with good background music and a nice timing element. I do 1hour of training with this app per day, consistency is the key if you ask but i am sure you already know about it. Since last week I am also doing 100 pushups which I upgraded to 125 now, I did not miss a day 💪. I usually skip exercise once a week, on a weekend days normally, and have a cheat meal every few months. There you have it. 😘😘 Keep the questions coming 💋💋
