POST WORK-OUT FLOW! This is perfect for my gym rats, weight lovers, runners, and everything in between. I see so many people workout and they always forget to stretch. When you workout without stretching (or even sit a desk all day without ever stretching) you are turning your muscles into a dry rubber band. And we all know how easily those snap (i.e. a pulled muscle). Long story short, STRETCH!
